2.1 Orders can be either Subscriptions or Issues as available on our Website.
2.2 Any Order placed by you for a Subscription or an Issue advertised on the Website shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase Subscription or issue pursuant to these Conditions; not as the acceptance by you of an offer for sale and/or supply made by Luma. There will be no contract between you and us unless and until we accept your Order.

2.4 We will then send you an initial acknowledgement by email and once we have checked whether we are able to meet your Order, we will either send you a confirmatory email (at which point your Order will become a Purchase and shall conclude the Contract between you and us) or alternatively, We will confirm by email that we are unable to meet your Order;
2.5 Once the order confirmation email has been sent to you, we will deliver your Subscription in accordance with Clause 4.1.
2.6 Orders will not be accepted from under-18s.
2.7 You warrant and undertake to us that: (a) you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and you have full authority, power and capacity to agree to these Terms and Conditions; (b) the information provided in your Order is accurate and complete; and (c) you will be able to accept delivery of the Issues or Subscription.
